I’m a senior software integration and test engineer with over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. I specialize in AUTOSAR software testing, UDS diagnostics, CAPL scripting, and system-level debugging using Vector tools and TRACE32. I collaborate closely with OEMs like Daimler, BMW, Ford, and GM to ensure high-quality embedded software delivery.

• OEM Flashing Projects – OTA flashing, Flash Gateway setup, HSM integration, secure download using vFlash and Monaco. Projects with BMW, Ford, GM.
• Climate & HMI Testing: Validation of advanced climate software strategies using CAPL and National Instruments HIL. Simulated ambient sensors (temperature, humidity), implemented actuator feedback logic (flaps, PWM), and performed closed-loop testing for HVAC control and user interface components.
• UDS Diagnostic & Security Validation – Full UDS service testing (0x10, 0x11, 0x22, 0x27, 0x28, 0x29, 0x2E, 0x31, 0x34), secure access, DoIP support, CAPL automation, DIVA integration.
• Functional Safety Testing – DMA, WDG, control flow validation using Hitex Safety TPACK on Aurix & Traveo. ISO 26262 audit participation with OEMs. Trace32 for register-level debug.
• MCAL & Low-Level Testing – GPIO, SPI, DMA, Watchdog (internal & external), SBC communication, register checks, MCAL module validation, control over system startup/debug.
• Software Integration & Regression Testing – Stack usage, tasks, interface & inter-runnable communication, memory sections, AUTOSAR integration and testing per release, including DTCs.
• Cybersecurity & Penetration Testing – Corrupted HEX/SREC flashing, brute force on 0x27/0x29, JTAG unlock/lock testing, service security validation with OEM-specific authentication tools.
• OEM Tools & Interfaces – Daily use of Monaco, NEST, NTS, HSM Flash tools, Daimler and BMW-specific toolchains for diagnostics, flashing, security and testing through Gateway.
• ASPICE & Test Management – Official presenter on SwE5 during ASPICE L3 audit. Test planning, mentoring juniors, defect lifecycle management using Jira, RTC. Experience with DOORS requirements tracing.
• Model-Based Development & MIL Testing – 1+ year experience with MATLAB Simulink, Polyspace MISRA, testing Simulink models for control software validation. Used in Asystem & Continental.
• Calibration Protocols: XCP & CCP – Work with A2L, XCP over CAN, CCP for memory access, calibration and validation in embedded test benches using CANoe and vFlash tools.
